The Platform is owned and operated by Lokesh Kumar Jampa (hereinafter referred to as “Finautiq”, “Lokesh Kumar Jampa”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
Your use of the Platform and the services, software, and tools provided herein are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform, including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with Lokesh Kumar Jampa, and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations.
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who browses the Platform or engages our consulting, automation, or compliance services.
ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
1. Membership & Eligibility Use of the Platform and our professional services is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor (under the age of 18 years), you may use the Platform only under the supervision and prior consent of a parent or legal guardian. Lokesh Kumar Jampa reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform or terminate service engagements if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 years.
2. Your Account and Registration Obligations If You use the Platform to access client portals or specific automation tools, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access to your account. You agree to immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of Your account.
3. Communications When You use the Platform or send emails or other data to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required.
4. Professional Services & Agreements The Platform outlines our capabilities in Virtual CFO (VCFO) Advisory, Operations & Process Automation, Tax Litigation & Compliance, and Strategic Marketing.
- Informational Purposes Only: The insights, articles, and service descriptions provided on the Platform do not constitute binding legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Any commercial engagement, software deployment, or consulting service initiated through this Platform will be governed strictly by a bipartite Letter of Engagement (LoE) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed directly between You and Lokesh Kumar Jampa. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and an executed SLA, the terms of the specific SLA shall prevail.
5. Payments & GST Invoicing For applicable digital services or consulting retainers processed directly through the Platform or via our payment links:
- All payments shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees (INR).
- If You require a GST Input Tax Credit, You must provide Your accurate GSTIN and registered business entity name at the time of transaction or onboarding. Lokesh Kumar Jampa will issue a Tax Invoice accordingly.
- Lokesh Kumar Jampa is not responsible for verifying the correctness of the GSTIN provided by You. You agree to indemnify Lokesh Kumar Jampa from any losses, penalties, or claims arising from incorrect GST details provided by You.
- Refunds for consulting or automation services are strictly governed by the specific terms laid out in your respective SLA.
6. Use of the Platform You agree, undertake, and confirm that Your use of the Platform shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information which:
- Belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right.
- Is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever.
- Involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters”, or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”.
- Infringes upon or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights or rights of privacy.
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource, or exploit the Platform’s infrastructure.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform (including hacking or password “mining”).
You shall not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider”, or other automatic device, or any similar manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Platform or its Content.
7. Intellectual Property Rights All material on this Platform, including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, custom automation code, scripts, trademarks, logos, and artwork (collectively, “Content”), is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Lokesh Kumar Jampa and is protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Platform and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, or medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Lokesh Kumar Jampa’s express prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability This Platform, all the materials, and the information included on or otherwise made available to You through this site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied, except otherwise specified in writing. Lokesh Kumar Jampa does not warrant that:
- This Platform will be constantly available, or available at all; or
- The information on this Platform is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FINAUTIQ OR LOKESH KUMAR JAMPA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, EVEN IF USER HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Indemnity You shall indemnify and hold harmless Lokesh Kumar Jampa, its owner, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Your violation of any law, rules, regulations, or the rights of a third party.
10. Force Majeure You agree that Lokesh Kumar Jampa shall be under no liability whatsoever to you in the event of non-availability of the Platform and/or any of the Services or any portion thereof, occasioned by an Act of God, war, disease, revolution, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, failure of any public utility, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of lokeshjampa.com.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
12. Amendments We may revise these Terms from time to time, without prior notice to you, to update, revise, supplement, and otherwise modify these Terms and to impose new or additional rules or conditions on your use of the Platform. Any updates will be posted on the Platform and will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Platform will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any and all such revised terms.
